Upload your first PDF

You’ll need a PDF — that’s what every plan takes, Free included. On a paid plan you can also upload EPUB, Word and PowerPoint files, and we convert them for you. There’s no limit on page count, so long catalogues are fine. The file itself must be under 50 MB.

PDF is the one to reach for: it’s fixed-layout, so what you exported is exactly what a reader sees. An EPUB has no pages of its own — it’s reflowable text — so we flow it into a page size we choose. That reads well for a book, but if the layout matters to you, export a PDF.

From the dashboard, choose a client workspace and select Upload. Pick your PDF and it starts processing straight away.

We suggest a title from the filename — tidied up into something readable (dashes and underscores become spaces, each word capitalised). It’s only a suggestion: edit it, or leave it, before you upload.

Every page is converted to an image sized for fast loading. A short document is ready in seconds; a long one takes a little longer. You can leave the page — it keeps going.

A newly uploaded document is a draft: it exists in your dashboard, but the public link isn’t live yet. Choose Publish and you’ll get:

  • A public link you can send to anyone
  • An embed code for your own website
  • A QR code, if you need one for print

It’s stored privately. Readers only ever receive the rendered page images — the PDF itself is only downloadable by you, from your own dashboard.

Share a link or embed it on your website.
