Team and roles
Bring other people into your workspace and, if you want, limit each of them to particular clients.
There are two:
- Owner — full access, including billing, team management, workspace settings and deleting the account
- Member — everything to do with documents and clients they’ve been given access to, but none of the account-level controls above
Client-scoped access
Section titled “Client-scoped access”A member can be limited to specific client workspaces. Someone working on one account doesn’t see the others — not just hidden in the interface, but genuinely unreachable.
If a member tries to reach something outside their access, they get a “not found” rather than a “not allowed”. That’s intentional: a “not allowed” would confirm the thing exists, which is itself a small leak.
Inviting someone
Section titled “Inviting someone”Invite from Settings → Team with their email address and the clients they should see. They get an email with a link to join.
Invitations expire after 7 days. Send a new one if it lapses.
Removing someone
Section titled “Removing someone”Remove a member from Settings → Team. It frees their seat immediately. Their documents stay where they are — removing a person doesn’t remove their work.
Deleting the whole account
Section titled “Deleting the whole account”An owner can delete the account from settings. This cancels the subscription, then removes your documents, files and data.
If the subscription can’t be cancelled for any reason, deletion stops rather than continuing, so you’re never left with data deleted but a subscription still billing.
Plans and pricing — what happens to seats when you change plan.
