Signing in

There are three ways into your account, and they all lead to the same place — you can use whichever you prefer, and switch between them freely.

The usual. When you set a password we check it against a public database of passwords exposed in known breaches, and refuse the ones that appear there. It’s not a judgement about your password habits — a password that’s already circulating is the single easiest way for an account to be taken over.

Enter your email and we send you a link that signs you in. No password to remember, and nothing to type on a phone.

Sign in with your Google account. If you first signed up with a password and later use Google with the same address, you land in the same account rather than a duplicate.

New accounts have to verify their email address before they can sign in. We send a six-digit code that’s valid for 10 minutes.

If it expires, request another from the sign-in screen. If it doesn’t arrive, check spam before anything else — that’s where it usually is.

Signing in once covers the dashboard and everything under it. Sessions persist across browser restarts, so you shouldn’t be asked repeatedly on a device you use regularly.

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we’ll email you a reset link. If you’re not sure whether you ever set a password — because you signed up with Google or a magic link — just use that method instead; you don’t need a password at all.

Team and roles — inviting other people into your workspace.
