Client workspaces
If you work with more than one client, a client workspace keeps each one separate — their documents, their reader appearance, and who on your team can see them.
What a client workspace holds
Section titled “What a client workspace holds”- Its own documents and folders
- Its own reader appearance — see below for exactly what that covers
- Optionally its own custom domain, so readers never see our domain at all
- Team access, so a teammate can be limited to just that client
Reader appearance
Section titled “Reader appearance”Two things are set per client, and either can be overridden on an individual document:
- Background — the colour of the canvas the pages sit on: light, dark, or a specific hex colour
- Mobile layout — whether phones show one page at a time or a two-page spread
That’s the full extent of per-client appearance today. There’s no logo upload, no brand colour palette and no custom CSS. If you need a client’s reader to sit inside their own branding, the way to do it is a custom domain, or embedding the reader in a page on their own site.
White-label
Section titled “White-label”White-label removes the “Brought to Life Using Living Page” attribution from the reader. It’s available on the Agency plans.
Note that the reader’s browser tab still reads “Living Page” even with white-label on and a custom domain in place, because the page title and favicon aren’t configurable yet.
Custom domains — publish under a domain your client controls.
