Plans and pricing
All prices are in GBP, billed monthly, and renew until you cancel. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your location, so the total you pay may be higher than the price below. Annual billing (two months free) is available on every paid plan.
The plans
Section titled “The plans”Two of the counts below are easy to mix up. A client workspace keeps one client’s documents, branding and domain separate from the rest. A team seat is one person from your side who can sign in. People who read your documents never need an account, and there is no limit on them.

Views, unique visitors, average read time, top pages, devices, countries and referrers are available on every plan, including Free. Studio and up add per-page read analytics — which pages readers reach and where they drop off — and Agency Pro adds CSV export of the figures. See Read analytics.
Enterprise
Section titled “Enterprise”When you outgrow the plans above — more than 20 client workspaces or 12 seats, or you need white-glove onboarding, a dedicated contact, an SLA, or a custom agreement (MSA & DPA) — that’s Enterprise. It’s priced to fit, not per-seat, and set up by conversation rather than self-serve checkout. Talk to us and we’ll tailor it.
Student and academic discount
Section titled “Student and academic discount”50% off Solo, for two years. Applied automatically at checkout — there is no code to enter and nothing to apply for.
To qualify you need a verified academic email address on your account. Sign up with your university or college address, click the link in the verification email, and the discount appears on the Solo checkout. It works on both monthly and annual billing.
Two things worth knowing:
- It is Solo only. The discount does not apply to Studio, Agency or Agency Pro.
- Verification is the gate, not the domain. An academic address that has not been verified will not trigger it, because we check the verified flag on your account rather than what you typed.
If you have an academic address and the discount is not showing, check that the address on your account is the academic one and that you have clicked the verification link.
Upgrading
Section titled “Upgrading”Upgrade from Settings → Plan. Checkout opens in the dashboard and the new plan applies as soon as payment completes.
If your workspace is using more seats than the plan you’re moving to allows, you’ll be asked to remove teammates first — we won’t silently lock anyone out. Note that a pending invitation holds a seat until it’s accepted or expires.
Downgrading
Section titled “Downgrading”Your existing documents keep working. Nothing you’ve already published is taken offline.
What does change:
- White-label switches off, so the attribution returns to your readers
- The email gate switches off on any document using it
- Links and videos you drew switch off on your published documents (the pages stay live — the overlays are hidden). They come straight back if you upgrade again; nothing you drew is deleted. Hyperlinks that were already in your original PDF are not affected — those keep working on every plan, including Free
- The published-document and client caps apply to new work. If you’re over the limit for your new plan, what you already have stays up — you simply can’t publish (or add a client) until you’re back under it
Payments and invoices
Section titled “Payments and invoices”Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle issues your invoices and handles tax. You can manage your payment method, see invoices and cancel from Settings → Manage billing.
Cancelling
Section titled “Cancelling”Cancel any time from the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then reverts to Free — under the same terms as a downgrade above.
